Urban Farm Tour

Reno Food Systems is a 5-acre urban farm in west Reno. Be prepared for a farm tour, goat petting and learning all about our local food system. Reno Food Systems takes an all-encompassing and holistic approach to addressing food insecurity in the Truckee Meadows. Through solution-oriented programs, our team strives to address our community challenges at a local, state, and national level. We believe that access to healthy food is a human right.
Parking: Please park along the south side of Mayberry Dr. There is a small green pedestrian gate where you can enter into the farm.
Safety: Close toed shoes are required. Dress for unpredictable weather and possibly getting dirty.
Accessibility: Wheelchair access is difficult. Some wheelchairs have a hard time navigating the dirt/bark mulch ground.
